Every new lead now automatically receives a short sequence of four qualifying questions via email. OpenAI analyses each response and assigns a score from 1 to 10. Leads scoring 7 or above — genuine budget, decision maker, clear timeline, specific need — are routed directly to the sales team's calendar with a full qualification summary attached. Leads scoring below 7 enter an automated nurture sequence and are re-evaluated every 30 days. Leads scoring below 4 are archived automatically. The sales team now only speaks to pre-qualified, pre-scored leads. The full qualification summary means they walk into every call already knowing the lead's budget range, their role, their timeline, and their specific pain point. System live within 8 business days.
